Experience focused, one-on-one work in my Taos studio overlooking Taos Mountain.
This immersion is designed for those ready for deep refinement — not surface inspiration, but steady inquiry and integration.
Together, we create the conditions for the unnecessary to fall away and the essential to emerge.
• Reset and regulate the nervous system
• Release physical and subtle patterns that obstruct clarity
• Refine their relationship with thoughts, emotions, and vitality
• Establish a sustainable daily practice
• Develop trust in their inner guidance
• Understand their Ayurvedic constitution and its impact on lifestyle
Over five days, we meet for eight extended private sessions.
Based on your constitution, life stage, and intentions, sessions may include:
• Kriyas (cleansing practices)
• Pranayama (breath refinement)
• Subtle body inquiry
• Mantra
• Asana
• Meditation
• Visualization
• Ayurvedic nutrition and self-care
Each day includes a constitution-specific Ayurvedic meal designed to support balance and integration.
We’ll share the opening and closing meals together. Mid-retreat meals are thoughtfully prepared and provided for quiet nourishment and reflection.
Sessions are held in my private studio. Lodging and travel are arranged separately (curated recommendations provided).
Reema Datta is a teacher, speaker, and author based in Taos, New Mexico. She is the founder of The Yogi’s Way® and the author of The Yogi’s Way: Transform Your Mind, Health, and Reality.
Certified in Ashtanga Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, and Ayurvedic therapy, she has led retreats and workshops in over 20 countries since 2002.

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 secures your immersion.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
